BUILT FOR VOLUME

Señoritas operates a purpose-built fleet designed for demanding sites, long service hours, and high turnover.

  • 1980 Chevrolet P30 original taco truck

  • Retrofitted ambulance used as mobile cold room and back-of-house support

  • Second high-capacity food trailer for expansion and parallel service

Together, the fleet functions as a travelling cantina — efficient, reliable, and visually distinctive.

Built for Volume

OPERATIONAL RESILIENCE

In 2020, Señoritas was operating onsite at Byron Bay Bluesfest when the event was shut down due to COVID-19, resulting in significant prepared stock loss.

Rather than litigate, the business pivoted.

That period saw the development of new partnerships, the build of a second trailer, and the strengthening of operational systems — reinforcing Señoritas’ ability to adapt under pressure and continue operating in uncertain conditions.• Original 1980 Chevrolet P30 taco truck
• Retrofitted ambulance as mobile cold room & back-of-house
• Second high-capacity food trailer

Together, the fleet creates a travelling cantina — efficient, theatrical, and designed for serious volume.

A PEOPLE-FIRST OPERATION

Our crew is central to our success.

We prioritise clear systems, strong leadership, and sustainable working conditions — because when energy, rhythm, and wellbeing are protected, service quality and crowd experience naturally follow.

This approach has supported long-term staff retention, calm execution, and consistent delivery across high-pressure environments.
