OPERATIONAL RESILIENCE
In 2020, Señoritas was operating onsite at Byron Bay Bluesfest when the event was shut down due to COVID-19, resulting in significant prepared stock loss.
Rather than litigate, the business pivoted.
That period saw the development of new partnerships, the build of a second trailer, and the strengthening of operational systems — reinforcing Señoritas’ ability to adapt under pressure and continue operating in uncertain conditions.• Original 1980 Chevrolet P30 taco truck
• Retrofitted ambulance as mobile cold room & back-of-house
• Second high-capacity food trailer
Together, the fleet creates a travelling cantina — efficient, theatrical, and designed for serious volume.
A PEOPLE-FIRST OPERATION
